VolatusJet LLC is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. VolatusJet acts solely as an air charter broker on behalf of its clients, pursuant to 14 CFR Part 295.
All flights arranged by VolatusJet LLC are operated by properly licensed and insured third-party air carriers holding appropriate FAA Part 135 or Part 121 certification, or applicable international regulatory authority approvals. Operational control of all flights remains at all times with the contracted air carrier.
Any additional services requested by clients, including but not limited to ground transportation, catering, accommodations, or concierge services, are coordinated through independent third-party providers and are not operated or controlled by VolatusJet LLC.
